To guarantee the quality of linear guide rails, strict requirements are imposed on the products before packaging. The surfaces of linear guide rail pairs must be free of scratches and rust, and the holes must be free of oil stains. Additionally, the surfaces should be evenly lubricated to ensure smooth and unobstructed operation of the sliders. Only products meeting these standards are eligible to enter the packaging process.
During the packaging process, every detail is meticulously designed. For linear guide rail sliders, PYG use sealed plastic films for rigorous packaging to ensure effective protection. For longer linear guide rails, we first place them in plastic film sheaths and then seal them with adhesive tape to eliminate any potential gaps. For shorter linear guide rails, advanced automatic plastic film packaging machines are utilized, which not only complete the packaging efficiently but also ensure precision and consistency. These packaging methods effectively isolate the linear guide rails from external impurities such as dust and moisture, providing initial protection.
We choose adhesive tapes with moderate viscosity to wrap the products. This ensures both the tightness of the packaging and prevents adhesive residue from affecting the appearance and performance of the linear motion products during subsequent removal. After packaging, staff will carefully check whether the adhesive tape on the packaging is loose or detached to ensure the integrity of the entire package.
To cope with vibrations and collisions during transportation, when loading linear guide rails into appropriately sized packaging boxes, carefully designed cushioning materials are placed inside. These cushioning materials, such as rubber and foam plastics, have excellent shock - absorbing properties, effectively absorbing the impact forces generated during transportation and preventing damage to the linear guide rails due to collisions.
