1.Installation
Please be careful and pay more attention when using and install the linear guides in a right way, must use the suitable and accurate installation tools not cloth or other short fabrics. Be sure to follow all installation requirements and precautions when installing and dis-assembly linear guide rails.
2.Lubrication
The linear guide must be provided with good lubrication when moving. Lubrication at intervals can greatly improve the service life of the linear motion guide. PYG has nozzle oil injection mode and self – lubricating type to keep linear rails lubricating. 3.Anti-rust
Please remember to wash off the sweet on the hand and coated with high quality mineral oil before taking the linear guide, or wear professional gloves. Besides, we should brush antirust oil on surface of linear guides regularly to avoid linear guide rust.
4.Anti-dust
To adopt the protective cover, usually folding shield or telescopic protective shield, you should keep linear guides daily cleaning to reduce dust accumulation.
According to working situation, PYG suggestion: to add dust proof seal if more dust, to add oil scraper if more oil, to add metal scraper if more hard particles.
