- The methods of storage of linear guide way
When storing the guide rail, ensure that it is coated with anti-rust oil and sealed in the specified envelope, and placed horizontally, and avoid high temperature, low temperature and high humidity environment. The ambient temperature should not exceed 80 ° C, and the instantaneous temperature should not exceed 100 ° C.
(1) Please be careful,the slider and rail may fall due to their own weight after tilting.
(2) Please pay attention to the knock or fall slide, even if the outside view is not damaged, but may cause functional loss.
(3) Don’t disassemble the slider by yourself, or it may cause foreign matter to enter or adversely affect the assembly accuracy.
(4) The PYG guide rail should be placed in a room at room temperature.
(5) The PYG rail should be brushed with some anti-rust oil.
(6) In order to prevent volatile grease, a film should be wrapped on the outside.
(7)Place put the guide rail on top of the object instead of stacking it underneath.
2.The lubrication of linear guide rail
(1) Please wipe the anti-rust oil first and then inject lubricating oil (grease) for use.
(2) Don’t mix lubricating oil (grease) with different properties.
(3) It will be different due to different installation methods When lubricating oil is used.
