PEGH Series Definition
PEGH-SA / PEGH-CA linear guide means low profile ball type linear guide with four row steel balls in arc groove structure which can bear high load capacity in all directions，high rigidity, self-aligning, can absorb the installation error of mounting surface, this low profile and short block are very suitable for small equipment which require high speed automation and limited space. Besides the retainer on block can avoid the balls falling off.

PEGH-SA / PEGH-CA profile rail guides have interchangeable type and non-interchangeable type. Both have same specifications, the main difference is the interchangeable block and rail can be used separately, it is very convenient for some clients.

Preload
PEGH precision linear guide preload means to enlarge the diameter of steel balls, pre load the ball by using the negative gap between the balls and ball path, this can improve the precision linear guide rails rigidity and eliminate the gap, but for miniature linear slide, we suggest to use light preload or below to avoid reduce service life time due to excessive preload selection.

PEGH precision linear motion have normal (C), high (H), precision (P), super precision (SP) and ultra-super precision (UP)
Position for oil nozzle
we usually install an oil nozzle on the front or back end of the linear slide block for manual oiling, sometimes reserve side oil holes for grease nipple installation( normally straight nozzle), if you have special requirements for oil nozzle, can contact us for details.
