From the CNC cutting of raw materials to profile forming, the error control in each process is within the micrometer level, ensuring high-quality base materials for guide rail production. Entering the guide rail workshop, precision processing equipment was operating in an orderly manner. Technical workers were conducting surface grinding on the guide rails. The surface roughness and straightness of the guide rails directly affect the operation accuracy of equipment. PYG achieves industry-leading precision through multiple grinding processes.
In the inspection laboratory, faced with advanced equipment such as high-precision coordinate measuring machines and surface roughness testers, the customers personally operated the detection. Under the guidance of technicians, the customer placed a linear guide rail on the coordinate measuring machine. As the instrument scanned, various data were accurately presented. When seeing that the straightness error of the guide rail was only a few micrometers, they exclaimed that this precision fully met the requirements for high-end equipment. The foreign trade manager introduced the factory's strict quality inspection system, covering incoming inspection of raw materials, sampling inspection of semi-finished products, and full inspection of finished products, ensuring that every linear guide rail leaving the factory meets the highest standards.
